blowing fuse and running rough when warm

I just did a 6bolt swap and I am having tons of problems. When I first start the car up, the car runs great. when it gets to normal temp, it runs really rough and misses really bad and while it is doing that, it keeps blowing the ignition switch fuse. What is up with that? It happened the other day so I put a new fuse in there today and it cranked right up. but if i try to run it warm, it will try to stall and then the ignition fuse will blow. really weird. anyone ever have this problem? I am stumped.

I never really had this problem, but you might want to go back and check all your plugs and connections. Make sure that there not loose, check all your grounds, also look to see if your arcking anywhere from your wires. A loose connection or a loose ground could arck and cause a fuse to blow out.

well, this morning the car wouldnt start even cold. so I checked to see if i got spark and that turned out to be the problem. I am only getting fire out of 2 coils. anway. I ordered a 98 coil pack and will try it out around lunch time. I will let yall know how it works.
