I was just wondering if its bad to run the bov off the atmosphere? or should i reroute it back to the intake? its a greddy type r

you can if you really want but you shouldn't without proper tune. it'll be more prone to stalls.
short answer: you will run rich between shifts when venting to atmosphere.
Seriously, this topic has been addressed so many times that it is a sticky in the FAQ which it appears you glossed over.
It sounds like you need to do a ton of reading to catch yourself up to speed on the DSM platform. Fortunately you are in the right place since there is a wealth of info on this site. Read, search, and read some more until your eyes bleed and then read more.
