On my stock 92 Tsi why can't I hear my bov go off? Is it cause something is wrong or you really just can't hear the 1st gen stock bov? And is there anything I can do to make it louder with the stock one?

As long as the BOV vents the air back into the intake, it's working fine. Nothing wrong with it. If you want to hear it more, get hard IC piping and cut off the BOV dump tube inside the intake. VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions has the info on the dump tube mod.
