Alright, I have a greddy type S replica blow off valve. Its actually an RVM blowoff valve. I was wondering what I need to have the top screw adjusted to. I know on the greddy that the adjustments go from hard to soft but what does that mean. I running 14psi if that makes a difference, but I am just looking for that original Greddy Type S pinnnnggggggg sounds

Usually the screws on the top only determine how much pressure is pushing the spring down in the bov. so backing the screw out will make it easier to get the bov to open, where screwing it in will make it harder(most psi needed) to open it. I would screw it in most of the way, possibly all the way to get that hard sound. a softer setting will make the flutter sound when you let off the gas partially. Also, I'm assuming you have ALL the right setup to be venting to the atmosphere riight LOL jk

Alot of the time they work well how they are set from the factory (well the real Greddy ones). You want to tighten the adjusting bolt if it is opening at higher boost levels or your boost is oscillating. You want to losen it off if its not blowing off in one single burst at high boost or if you are getting fluttering under light deceleration.

just to be clear, you need an allen wrench that is the appropriate size, and "tightening" means you need to turn clockwise. obviously, "loosening" would entail turning counter-clockwise.

I am recirculating it into the intake, also I have it set almost al the way loose right now and i get the nice Piiiinnnnngggg, but only if i am at full boost. If im just driving normal i get the flutter sounds . But no air is leaking out, Is this ok.

The flutter under low boost is normal, as long as your not surging and you aren't leaking during a boost leak test, the way you have it adjusted is fine/correct.
