Blow by and check engine light

I noticed when i put my foot on the gas my check engine light goes off, but when i take my foot off the light goes on???

Anyone ever had this kind of problem i am having some blow by too i was wondering if that may be, the cause of it
 
well. That sometimes happens to my car. And its leaking oil from the front seal.

My THEORY 0n the Check engine light coming 0n and off according to the throttle is that coz there an oil leak, the oil pressure is droping with the low throttle and with high throttle the oil pressure is OK.

But please remember, that is my opinion 0n what happens in my car. Your problem could be different.
 
I am leaking oil though i was thinking about hooking the pcv valve system back to stock, because im dumping to atmosphere.

Did compression test 180 across except for 165 @ #2 boost leak tested it twice after fixin all the leaks. check the timing, and the TPS, biss(doesnt do anything, but make the idle go up) everything is right, but i still have blow by, and high idle, and check engine light.
 
Of heard about some kind of paper clip, and light flashing stuff to read a code i just tryed to google search, but i have yet to find a little article on how to do so. Pay 110$ for this logger, and im kickin myself in the but everytime i look @ it. I'm just lost with that thing
 
The paperclip doesn't work for a 1G DSM. You have to connect a analog voltmeter, 12v LED, or 12v piezo buzzer between pins 1 and 12 or use a 1G datalogger to read the codes. The LED or buzzer will set you back about $5 at Radio Shack for some microclips and the rest.

Since you have a datalogger you should just figure it out.
 
Your pcv should be hooked to the intake. when its not hooked to a vaccum source after the throttle body it would appear to be blow by, because there isnt any thing to vaccum out any pressure out of the crank case and when you say blow by , how are you verifying this? ### 180 psi on 3 cyls and 165 on number 2 , those numbers are pretty good with the exception of number 2 being a little low. and even 165 isnt that bad . something doesnt jive .
 
I mean like i saw yesterday i have oil comming out the BOV, and its throwing it all over my engine bay, and its leaking from a couple other gaskets. I'm missing the nipple to the right of the intake manifold nipple. I beleave its the one for the WG, and i felt all over i dont feel a hole or that nipple i dont know what happened to it LOL one for the FPR is there (btw i have my boost guage in teed into that). I have my BOV hooked into the intake manifold where the pcv valve would normly go in, and i want to move it, but im not having any luck right now finding a place to move it too, so i can put the pcv system back to stock
