i am selling my blitz BOV casue its vented and this guy who is interested asked can it be recir( will the stock black tube fit over the blitz bov)?

No it won't, however you can hook up the silencer, saw off the filter and put some sort of hosing around the filter housing and hook it back into the intake with the clamps.
