Hello Everyone,

Just making sure that my choice is right......

If I have the option of buying a blitz DD and modding it to recycle or a greddy type S (both brand new) is the greddy type s still better performance wise ?

also, I currently live in Kuwait and no Eclipse aftermarket parts at all here, so I wanted to get a K&N cone for which i'll have to custome make an adapter, what is the diameter of the filter I get ?? 3" ??

Thanx in advance

Well, I have heard worse comments about the greddy type s than the blitz DD.. However, i have never used either on my car. But, I do have a used Blitz DD if you want it. It has been used for about a month, still have box and install sheet. Was on a buddy's car. I cannot use it because I have a first gen, so I am inerested in selling. I also have a 2g maf with a cone filter from a injen cold air kit (not the piping from the maf to the turbo because it is crushed) the cone is smashed a bit at the top, butcan easily be straightened... If you want a good price for both of these let me know! I believe the bov was $250 after tax. I will let both go for $125 plus shipping.

I have used both. I had a Blitz vented, and now i have a Greddy type-s recercin. If you can make the blitz recirc' then go with whatever you prefer. The Blitz is a nice BOV, it has a nice loud woosh (vented), and the greddy is more high pitched. They are both nice, and either of them would be a good choice.

Thanx Crazy for your reply...unfortunately by the time I've seen your reply it was too late ! :) couldn't wait and went and bought a Greddy....hope i like it, still have to make a custome flange to fit on my stock IP (not available where i am now!! eclipses are very rare).
