Blinking lights....not Christmas...(video)

Hey guys, I've been having trouble with my cars electrical stuff. I have an alternator from Kragens, I know I should have gone OEM. Anyways, I have this problem with my lighting. My headlights, tailights, and interior lights all pulsate whenever I turn the car on. When I'm driving, the rate at which it blinks changes with the rpm.

I have tried tightening and loosening the alternator, but haven't had any luck. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this?

Do you have an alarm in the car?

Yeah I have the one that came with the car.

See if you can disengage the alarm by either using the remote or taking the power off it. It looks like the alarm is going off and if its not that I'm not sure why all the lights would be going off like that.

I don't think thats it because I can hear the rpm pulsating with the blinking. That was when I turned the lights on after starting the car. Thanks for the suggestion though
