Ok My GST eclipse I just recently back, I got my car back and the same day it broke down after a 2 year build (just cause my mechanic was slack) stock fuel system altho i have a 255 fuel pump. I have FMIC, and MHI Big 16 G turbo, and exhaust. My mechanic said it was running rich when i first picked it up, When i was driving i tried to get up on it and it was laggy/bogging. Made it about little past half way about 9miles befor it bogged then turned off. It turns over but doesnt crank. Got it towed started ready posts no help, I did everything i could within my power of not knowing what im doing. Changed my plugs nasty black crap all over the tip. I can smell the fuel . But i dont know what else to do. Please shoot me ideas with vivid detail. :(

The reason your plugs are black is because you have a Wally 255 without any noted AFPR. Your stock FPR(fuel pressure regulator) CANNOT maintain that amount of flow and will quickly fail, causing you to run pig-rich...which is what the black smoke is an indication of.

You likely also damaged the 02 sensor by driving it like that.

You need to invest in an AFPR, new plugs, and a new 02 Sensor to be safe... then seafoam the hell out of that engine to get all of the buildup out.

How much will all that cost, give me an estimation please and what the heck is sea foam, i just cant get a SAFC-II, and when i first bought the car it wasnt running rich, the only thing i did to it is reubild the engine and add a MHI Big 16G

Hahah. Seafoam is the wonder-cleaner of engines.

An AFPR can be had relatively cheap, most commonly found around the $100 price range. Go check out the classifieds.

An AFPR allows you to adjust the amount of fuel pressure in your fuel system. At this point you need to lower the pressure so that you aren't running so rich. And no, you can't just get a SAFC and resolve your issue. You NEED to follow procedure and get an AFPR in correlation to that 255.
