Today I am fixing my boost leaks, I replaced the BOV gasket, and am in the process of replacing the o-rings on the injectors (they leak like crazy).

The other leak I have is on my BISS screw. I hear its a pain if I move it to get my idle right again? Any advice? Its not leaking really bad, but enough to make air bubbles. Is it really a pain to get the idle right again?

Its only a pain to get your idle correct if you don't have a dsmlink or a scantool to check for the numbers.

Other than that you can estimate your idle by looking at your rpm and adjust it from there.

No dsmlink or scan tool here. This car is remaining pretty stock for now. And the little plug is long gone.

Remove it, put a new o-ring on it, put it back in. Warm the car up, adjust it with a screwdriver, done.

Will do, I will give it a go. Right now i'm searching/buying new injector insulators online. Mine are as hard as plastic and leak air pretty bad. Amazingly I only had 3 minor leaks...BOV gasket fixed, BISS screw, and injectors. All easy fixes!!!! :hellyeah:

I found some lower injector seals in extreme psi website. I'm glad its only those minor leak. My went from those to TB shaft seals :sosad:

Buy the cap while you are at it for the biss screw. A new one will help seal it up also and being that it is new it should have a tight fit.
