BISS Screw/Idle surge

Having an annoying problem here, idle surge(i know). I've done my research and i believe the culprit is the BISS screw.

After i adjust the screw to desired idle, i rev the car up alittle. Then the surge comes right back. What would cause the idle to surge right after giving it gas? ISC seems to be the only explainable problem left. I'll test the Ohm's tommorow.

Thanks. I've read that over but i'd like other first hand experiences. Why would the idle go fluctuating again after giving it gas?

When you open up the throttle body, your car is going from a steady flow rate (idle) to drawing in more air. So of course you ecu tries to compensate for it.

How did you solve your problem?

After checking ISC, checking for leaks, and reading onn biss screw, I just swapped TB's

If you go through Terry's guide the only thing left to check is the throttle cable adjustment. When you look at your BISS, pull it all the way out and check the o-ring, and when you adjust it make sure you're doing it properly, not just screwing it down.

Idle is the last of my problems now. The car will die sometimes when coming to a stop (pop start!). I hit full boost and now the CEL came on and the car is now misfiring. There goes my income taxes <3.
