bigger injectors on NT

I've been looking for ways to modify my 93 non turbo dsm for some time now so a buddy of mine gave my some 450cc injectors off his old 96 talon tsi awd. i was wondering if i can just swap my old 230cc's out with them and will i run too rich if i do. Can this cause damage to my motor? Will there be anyway i could be able to run injectors that big ### i really don't have the money for fuel air controller. I do have a turbo ECU lying around...can i run that with the injectors to make them work.

The answer to all your questions is no. It's a non turbo, I dont believe putting injectors or a turbo ecu is gonna work. You need more air to compensate for the bigger injectors ( like a turbo?) and fuel management to actually dump more fuel.. The current ecu is still going to send the same amount of fuel regardless of the injector size.

Why do you think you need bigger injectors. Have you done something to the engine that caused the originals to be too small, like throw a big turbo on it?

I was just going by what my buddy said. I thought i would ask to get a real opinion. I've only had carburated cars so i don't know much about ECUs or fuel injection. all i've done is basic mods (intake, exhaust, B-shafts) and was looking for a way to make a lil extra power. thanks for the advice
