Big16g 34mm flapper o2dump and there is CREEP??

update:
so i pulled the turbo this weekend and attempted to port. Well I might have removed 1/16" on one side.... but i did open up the WG hole on the o2 dump....somewhere between the two the creep got much better.
by the time i hit redline it only creeps a couple of psi....guess i can deal with that for now

I want to do the cut the area between the wastgate hole and turbine outlet but I cant figure out how to get my exaust housing off. I took the band clamp off but I can seperate it fromt the center section. Do I just pry on it like a bi*** or what?

....well i just pulled it all out

mine would not seperate either so i stuffed rags inside the holes....i was in a hurry though....i imagine if you soaked it a couple of times in like WD40 or something it will sep pretty easily. Thats what i had to do the last time to get the exh mani bolts out.

I'm having trouble with this too. The exhaust housing is loose, and it moves around the turbine wheel, but it seems like it cannot be pulled off over the wheel.

I know this sounds harsh, but just take a rubber hammer or a regular hammer and give it a few smacks. Make sure your holding the turbo strait up with the exhaust housing on the bottom. I had the same problem. Even after I got it off, the next time I had to do the same thing.

dude...i gave it a few good whacks all the way around with a hammer and mine wouldnt budge...

try the lubricant first to break up the metal on metal contact, then hit it
