Hey wtf about the agp flow #'s?
Anyone got them?
I went to thier site and all it said was 36lbs/min and supports 360bhp.
how many/which mods did it need for 360hp? That's why I just want the CFM's.

CFM's for the AGP T-28 please :D

I agree with some of you guys about the cfm rating and HP ordeal! It makes You feel kinda like a guinea pig. Because you just really don't know. I guess the strip will be the only real proof. Forced Performance is the same way. That's the one and only thing that almost changed my mind about purchasing the Big28 from FP, until I went to the times list over at DSMtimes.org and saw how many fast cars were running a FP turbo. I have to say there were quite a few. Just my 2 cents worth.

Nice work! I'm looking forward to seeing some times from this turbo. It will probably be awhile though, since it just recently came out, plus most of the tracks are shutting down for the winter also.

V(cu.ft./min) = n(lbs/min) x 10.73 x T(deg R) / (29 x P(psia))

what's T(deg R)

and what's (psia) ......Psi actual?

Help a newbee out... anyone I haven't done a math prob in like 2 yrs.

T(deg R) is degrees Rankine, or absolute temperature. Just take the Fahrenheit degrees and add 460. So if you want to find out CFMs at 100 degrees F, use a T value of 560.

psia is absolute pressure. Take the atmospheric pressure at sea level, 14.7, and add it to whatever PSI you want to measure the turbo at. So if you want to find out CFM at 15psi, I think you would use a psia value of 29.7 (14.7+15).

So, filling out the above formula using a turbo rated at 36 lbs/min, we get:
(36 x 10.73 x 560)/(29 x 29.7) = 251 cfm

Hmm, now that I've done that, it doesn't look right. Anybody know where I messed up?

Want to know why it doesnt work? Post it in another thread. This is interesting but we dont want to hi-jack this thread moving it in all different directions :D

Think you could give us a link?
I got my Big T28 killer installed and my car running but I'm having some support mod trouble. Hopefully I can get it straightened out.

Man the Killer sucks!
I mean what do I have to do to get that cool F&F effect when I hit the gas? I mean after I got the Killer installed I only went real fast, fast. How to I go warp speed?:p
Nah good turbo. Love the spool-up, Love the power.
Dam the stock BOV. 12 psi sucks!
I got full spool-up at ~2800 rpms. it pulled hard all the way I didn't get to redline it due to traffic.
Stock sucks!

OK I got my UICP from Dejontools, It fit great and is a nice lookin blue. I got a TurboXs H-34 BOV off ebay. Now I'm getting some MAD boost creep! Im talking 23psi WOT in third, my car backfired I looked at the boost guage and went Holy SHet! I've looked aroud and aparently I can get a larger wastegate flapper for 32$ from turbotrix. I also should port the wastegate hole and pote the 02 sensor housing. Is there anything else I can do to eliminate the creep?

And has anybody alse changed the wastegate flapper? How hard is it?

And @!#@$!@@#!@% I have to take my turbo off AGAIN! Ughhh

port your O2 houseing for now but to get no creep at all get a O2 dump housing and hopefully you have a good aftermarket exhaust and also geting rid of that cat should help if its melted in there restricting flow.

Whats the order time on a T-28killer, just wondering I ordered one COD from Turbochargers.com on feb 24. They said building one would be a few days, and i called on a friday and they where waiting on some parts... From that point i havn't heard nothing. I just can't wait to get a new turbo on my car. I havn't been able to drive my car since Aug because i blew the t-too small. How many people on here have one? Or is there a better turbo for the same price or around and just as easy to install?

thanks- Matt

This is probably the most power yeilding turbo you can get for the money that spools around 2800 rpms. I love mine, killing vettes and crx's with b16's on spray all over the place :). Just replaced the clutch so i'm itchin to get back to the track and break into the 12's

So does this turbo pull the same up top or close to it as the b16g??
