Winnipeg,
What's this line called? I believe its running to my turbo. Could be wrong, it carries oil.
Turbo oil feed line? I'm going to get a new one as there's a gash in the side of it. I don't want to order the wrong thing. Anyone recommend one to get? Online stores? The cars mostly stock and should be staying that way. Stock turbo.
This morning I started my car, went inside to grab a couple things then came back out and found oil all over the garage floor, a good 3-4 litres. I almost shit the bed then instantly jumped for the keys. I think the motors still fine though. I also just changed the oil the day before, that's $50 worth of brand new Mobil1 on the ground.
Don't mind that hack job of a oil pan heater, it was there when I bought the car. Works well.
I dumped some new oil in it and started it for 1 second and just watch oil squirt from the line.
Also should point out, cars a 4G63 1997 GST Spyder with around 85,000 Miles.
Right now, I plan to cut it and splice in a plastic line with some hose clamps since its going into storage as the snows starting to fly up here in Canada.
