I currently have Bf Goodrich g-force T/A KDWS Tires (205/55 ZR16) on my car. I need to replace the front two as they are balded on the inside(camber problems I would imagine). Does anyone else have them and are they worth buying again. THe specs on them are great, and I can't get anything lower profile since my car is already too low or I would go down to 40's (not sure how much that would really lower it anyway - if you know tire stuff help me out on that)

just wanted to know if that was a good tire selection for my vehicle.

Any help? Have to order tires tomorrow, balding is extremely bad and I can't drive any farther on them

I talked to my one friend who just got a pair of those rubbers a couple of months ago... He put them on his miata... He told me that they are unbelievable, they will give you more than enough traction, and they are good in all weather (believe it or not)... He said that he has had fairly good low wear on them as well... ..... I cant really say anything about them since I never owned a set... I have dunlop sp5000's on my car.. ON a side note: He works at a Sears automotive center, and his last car was a 1st gen eclipse...

On wet and dry I like them, but in snow... OMG I was scared outta my pants! Sliding and fishtailing like crazy.
My truck with Goodyears is like 3000x better.
So if snow is not a major problem/or you have a winter vehicle go for it. I am using the 235/45/17 BTW

I called today and they wanted $155 for each tire. holy sh!T, that is way to much for what I need right now. So I settled for an H-rated tire at $103 a piece. Just from past experience with my driving, I go through the Z-rated tires to quickly, so I neede something more durable and still has great traction, I'm only sacrificing from 91 - 88 speed rating, so no big deal

I got mine at Walmart for 125 mounted and balanced, but I chose the warranty as well, and they were about 132 total apiece.

I just bought a set of these about two months ago. :)

Check the ratings and survey results for yourself:

The tire lives up to all. I have been very pleased with 'em, especially in the wet. While not an Ultra High performance tire, they will last, and you won't be replacing them every year. I have about 3K miles on them, and they still look new. I got them at Sears, for about $450 installed! Of course, get your alignment done before you buy.

Good luck! :laser: :thumb:
