between 60-65mph irritating whistle

I get this irritating whistle sound at around 60 MPH that dissapears just before 65.. Oil and Transmission fluid are good. Changed oil, no metal flakes. Nothing seems to be rattling other than the fact I need to replace the left front strut. Someone suggested tire feathering but wouldnt that cause noise over a broader speed range?

Most likely not it but check for an exhaust leak. I had one for awhile and it would whistle only at certain times.
