best way to remove interior paint?

oooook i bought this riced out 95 gsx with all the seats and interior panels painted.Well many years of the good ole texas sun has done a number to the painted pieces.I am wanting to know the best way to remove the paint with out hurting the plastic.The entire interior is out of the car so it can be cleaned. will add another pic of the interior in its current state tomorrow.

^ He is on it acetone will take it off the dash plastic and vinyl parts but the seat might not make it. Have you thought about painting over it. If it has a smooth finish just get some carpet/vinyl paint and redo it that way. But if you have time do it the first way stated above.
 
i would just repaint all the plastic black or whatever. just prep the surface real good. and i wouldnt even try to redo them seats just buy some nice used ones somewhere. them look ratty
