Best Tuning Device

Just wondering what the best tuning device would be while not spending the money I don't have to. I'm thinking of going with the lm1 wideband, but since all my parts are on the car and I'll have a shop tune it, do I really need to buy something? I really don't plan on buying anything else.

quick mod list, 550s, 190 pump, afc, comp 200s, an 18g, front mount.

I don't have a laptop so I don't really want to spend the money on DsmLink but if I have a chip burned for my ECU, is that suffice enough per tuning with an AFC?

if you dont plan on doing any mods ever again getting a chip burned would be good enough, but if you plan on changing things, sack up and buy dsmlink... you cant go wrong with that, and everyone knows it...

I know, I've been contemplating DSM link but as of now, it's not in the budget. That is why I'm asking about the wideband. Is it worth it to buy the wideband to have for myself or is it better to just have someone else tune it.?

Your fuel set-up can easily be controlled with just an AFC or MAFT. Once you start stepping up the injector size, a burned chip that provides compensation at the ECU will become more and more helpful.
