2G best shifter box

New to dsm world. I work on heavy machinery so I'm mechanical inclined but no clue of companies nor availability. Looking for a good shifter box that can keep basic tc functions but also custom high rev and low rev shift points. Fast button response but button mila second hold points. Any suggestions so many out there just not sure sorry if it's a stupid question. Also any info on paddle steering wheels, do they make any for my 2g

i haven't tried a bunch but before i bought mine, i did a lot of research. I ended up going with the plus from forced four, had a lot of good reviews and Im happy with it. i just wished the color was available when i bought mine.
