If I were you, I would research the forums and find out how others like there particular setups..but yeah, I doubt you could go wrong with a tein set up

Tires. They're the only things touching the road and keeping the car in line. A good set of tires will make the biggest impact on how a car handles. My pick is the Kumho Escta 712 tires. Best bang for the buck performance tire I've had.

Factors affecting handling in order of importance:

1. Driver skill
2. Tires
3. Shocks
4. Bushings
5. Swaybars

My advice would be to not piddle away what little budget you have on the things that will make the least difference. Save your money and start at the top of the list, not the bottom. Maybe your first "mod" should be a high performance driving course.

how much is the nasa driving school? if more than 200 it might be better to just drive the track for a full day with friends and i dont have the car yet (only 15) so will have more money by time i get it

You are at an ideal stage to learn proper driving techniques before learning them the wrong way. Try to learn left foot braking when you've been driving for 25 years.
