How bad will this effect performance?

That's a HX35 turbine- they're quite durable. You could heat it up until it's literally RED HOT and bend it back carefully with a small pair of pliers.

Don't attempt to do this without heat, and don't use pliers that are too large or they'll give you a false feeling as to how much torque you're applying to the blade.

Go slow, and be very careful....turbine blades can snap quite easily.
