they used to run 272/264 back in the day, so in case you did get it mixed up its fine.
I have seen people run the 272/264 before but I don't know why it was a long time ago. That's the 272 intake cam and 264 exhaust cam.

Damn $200?! There has to be another side shop you can go to but if not, that's really sucks.
Your cams need degreed. When they are properly degreed you should have a little more vacuum and the idle overlap won't be so aggressive that it's causing misfire codes.ok.. i just got these cams installed. my vac is at 10-11hg, i throw p300 sometimes, idle at 720-750. failed smog at idle due to high HC ave 100/ meas 118. is this normal?
This is the only way Delta will sell their 264/272 regrind combo. It does seem backwards from traditional manufacturers, but Delta insists it gives great results claiming the longer duration is better on the exhaust cam because the turbo is what adds the backpressure.Lol I dont know why some one would do that seems kinda ass backwards.

Talondave is running BC288's in his 1G, properly degreed when the engine was built, and his car literally idles like it has stock cams.
