Battery and Brake light Problem

I seem to have a problem in the new eclipse i just bought. The battery and brake light stay on in the car and will not turn off at all. When i put the E brake up the brake light brightens, when i put the E brake back down it dims but stays on like the battery light. Any Ideas? Thank you.

Theres a box right behind your stereo I had the same problem and replaced it, it's called the hazard light relay switch or something and also check your brakelights for anything that would cause a short.

Left or Right because i know one of them is the Starter Relay correct?

Any Ideas?
