Balance shaft elimination issues help!!!!!

I was installing the kit forgot the spacer which in the instructions doesnt even mention the plate the crank sensing plate so I cut it off since it was loose thought since I was not using the B gear I wouldnt need the plate then I realized that that has to work with the crank sensor. My question is do I need this and if so how can I get one cause cant find them online and I have a talon so no oem help without eclipse vin.. If it is needed and I get one does it go behind the spacer or in front...

I think I found it but this one is all round mine is bronze with like two blades

thats the one for 95-99 eclipse I have a 95 talon 4g63 2g engine so this should be it I would think... its completly round though only difference so if I get this should this go behind or in front of the spacer?
