Balance shaft deletion should I do and how can I prevent from overheating

How would I do this and is it benafical?

Someone else my be able to chime in on this a little better than I can explain, but from what I've read in the past and seen first hand is that it will increase oil pressure a touch, and it also relieves a bit of rotating mass from the engine, meaning it will rev up and down faster. To do the balance shaft delete will also make the engine shake a little bit more because 4 cylinder engines aren't balanced, that's what this shaft is initially meant for. If I recall correctly, you have to remove the bearings in the gallery, and rotate them to block the oil flow? Again, its been a while. I would suggest if you have no tools to perform the job properly or if you don't know what you're doing, leave the balance shaft alone and just replace the belt when you do your timing belt (every 50k miles - people might argue this number)
