Use copper rtv when you replace it. You won't have to worry about the SS ones blowing or breaking turbo bolts. And it's much cheaper. :)
 
Even high-temp rtv only lasts up to 700*F. That mani will be much hotter than that.

My guess is that one or more of your turbo/mani bolts are loose or broken. That's common.

You might consider getting new mani/turbine bolts. While you're at it, replace the stud/nut with a bolt like the other 3 so you can drop the turbo more easily if you ever have to in the future; that stud makes it harder and is completely unnecessary (the bolt fits perfectly, correct length, threads, and grade).
