Bad PCV causing oily t-belt?

I recently changed my t-belt,water pump, front case, and eliminated the balance shafts, now I have an oil film on the t-belt, after about 160 miles. All seals and gakets on that side of the engine are new, including the valve cover and cam seals, could a bad PCV valve be causing this? I am not driving the car until I fix it, because I've seen what oil does to the t-belt. I have all new factury seals and gaskets to change, but I was wondering about the PCV.
 
I don't see how the PCV can be causing this as it is on the opposite side of the engine.... Have you taken the timing covers both upper and lower off to see if maybe a gasket did not seal correctlly... thats where I would start anyway.

And good idea on not driving it... be safe then sorry. :)
 
That COULD be a possibility, if you have a leaky front case seal. Did you do balance shaft removal lately? I'd pull the lower timing cover and take a look to see if it's oily down there as well. I've got a car sitting here that slipped timing due to oil being everywhere (belts, cam gears). I'm about 100% sure the culprit is a leaky valve cover gasket.
 
It could very well be the valve cover gasket or maybe when you took out the front balance shaft thier may be a leak where the old sproket was.
 
The valve cover gasket isn't leaking, I am suspecting the front case gasket, the gasket material that came with the topline front case didn't seem nearly as good as the stock gasket material. I have all of the oem gaskets to change, and I picked up some engine oil dye from napa to see exactly where it is leaking, anybody ever use that stuff before? I figured it sure beats guessing where the leak is, it glows under a blacklight.
