Well I just completed my Fuel System Upgrade and Start the car for the first time......

Started after I primed it, and Started checking for leaks on the fuel rail, I wiggled all the lines and when I got to the 90 at the end of the fuel rail and wiggled, It Leaked!

I Am unsure of the cause and even if I did anything wrong, Fuel line is tight, threads are clean, It just has some slack internally at the Swivel part of the fitting... This is the area of the fuel leak. I always Noticed my Fuel Pressure would Drop to 0 Just shortly after turning the car off * within ten min * But never notices any FUEL itself.

I did the Fuel Pressure regulator and line 3 Months ago and just Put my Injectors in today and noticed the leak. During the Installation I removed the 2 allen bolts that hold the fittings to the fuel rail and set the line still attached to the regulator off to the side, Never breaking any of the fittings loose.......

Is this a Defective fitting, I dont think it should have that much play in the swivel myself...

Mine did the same thing, and i thought it was tight enough, but another 1/4 tunr solved it right away. I was using import evolutions AFPR kit though so there was an adapter at teh fuel rail for the 90* AN fitting to bolt to.

I put all it had on it to the point that the fitting is now stripped.... it did the same like you the first Night it was installed and also got another 1/4 turn out of it seemed fine after that... but Mine still has allot of slack...

Did you put a drop of clean motor oil on each of the fitting threads like you're supposed to? This is a must, if you want a good (or great) seal. Only a drop. You just need a thin film.

No Oil on the threads but I did use Di Electric on all the fittings/ seals for the injectors.

I Doubt the oil would have made a difference in this case, Since the fitting leaks from the collar of the swivel...

Thank you, Those look like the Right way to go, Dont care what they cost as long as there Top quality....

As expected ExtremePSI.com Is NOT gonna help me at all about this fitting,
Ohh well they can Loose my Business over it...Sad because it really should not be a problem to swap me a 20 dollar fitting.....

It was Installed Correctly and not abused or pushed past its Mech Ability...It was Just plain defective...
