B&M Shifter Parts Needed? Please Help

About to buy a B&M Short Shifter used, and it doesn't seem to come with anything except the shifter itself. What do I need to bolt into my 2g?


Any help would be greatly appreciated, getting ready to buy.

All of the parts are there in the picture. You simply unbolt your stock shifter and put this in its place.
