i used one in my GSX for almost 9months. worked fine and i could still lower the fuel pressure. but i would recommend to upgrade if you want to do some tuning. as far as the gauge goes i put in on the in-coming line from the fuel tank. worked fine. the way that the fuel pressure regulator is mounted on there you might not have enough space since the timing cover gets in the way.

If you look around in the tech article forums there is a few threads on why not to use this FPR. Basically you can't lower fuel pressure with it like you probably need to do. Some on here will say that you can lower the pressure but on B&Ms website it even says it doesn't lower pressure just raises it if you need it to. Anyway spend the extra money and get a good one. Like the Full Throttle Speed AFPR. It's a direct bolt on and only around 150. You will of course need a gauge also. Importevolution.com sells them and with a guage and shipping it's about 190 so not bad at all. Go with this or an aeromotive and stay away from the B&M.

some people on here should try buying one. you can lower the fuel pressure. i could lower all the way down to 25. i know because i try it just to see if it would do it. i run an aeromotive my self right now, but thats because i have a 255 and bigger injectors and im about to get into tunning it. the B+M is good if you need something to lower the fuel pressure if your running a bigger fuel pump.

Do you want mine? I upgraded to Areomotive FPR. $45 ship and we trade stock FPR.

It is all ready assemble onto the stock and its laying around in my gar. You recieve mine and you take yours out and ship it to me. Easy as that.

Let me know, I'll ship it out fast.

great choice, yeah fts is full throttle speed. I have that exact set up on my car works perfect...set it to 37-38 psi.

i would assume you have a 2g by your name...if so the actual pressure you want is 43.5 lbs. if you fill out your profile you will get more accurate advice.

No, you can not turn the B&M command Flo down because it uses the same exact return orifice as the stock fpr which is what causes fpr overrun, you're the first to claim this ever. I suspect something else was in play, perhaps your stock pump was on it's way out and wasn't putting out as much as it should. Was this test done before or after you change to the 255?

please explain how your car was able to bend the laws of physics?

The stock return simply can't take enough fuel at idle to prevent over-run of the injectors. I'm failing to see how the FPR that isn't designed to alleviate that problem could fix it.
