Buy the jute padding for the carpet. And dont take out your sound deadening material. Most whine is USUALLY the Xcase or rear diff.

Thats actually a really good idea. Went to google. -jute padding- and found a better alternative to the carpet padding I was thinking of. I didn't plan on removing the sound deadening. I did it once in a 240sx and it was hell.
Now to find out how well it does. back to google....
