awd trans problems

Hey guys im pretty new to the awd set up..i bought a 94 tsi awd with a 6 bolt swap, it had a bad trans..i bought a used trans not knowing about the 23 or 22 spline shaft for the transfer case..my trans is 22 other one is 23..my question now is can i swap internals (bearings, gears,etc..) from the trans i bought into the trans i pulled out of my car?

What is your transfer case, a 22 or 23 spline? You can swap shafts. It really isn't that hard and if your transfer case is a 23 spline, I actually have a brand new 23 spline shaft for sale.
