Hey guys. I finally got the awd 2g to the shop to do some brake work and a ton of stuff is rusted and its been a mess. I've tried looking at diagrams but I can't seem to find part numbers anywhere. I'm looking for the rear knuckles and full axle cv. Any help with a diagram or place to get parts would be fantastic. I've ordered parts from autopartswarehouse before but I can't find a diagram that shows the part in looking for.

Knuckles w/ no ABS:MR223657, MR223658
Knuckles with ABS: MR223655, MR223656
Shaft w/ no LSD:MR176801
Shaft w/ LSD: MR176803

I'd try to order these from JNZTuning. If nothing else, try ebay to score some decent used ones. Axles are a bit harder to come by. Besides, your knuckles can't be that bad. Mine been on the Rust Belt all its life with 90k miles driven year round in all kinds of weather and the paint is still on there.

Are those PN's for the 2ga knuckles? I know when i swap i would like to ditch the donor's knuckles for some 2gbs, as they have clearance for wider tires.

Thanks for the quick post crimsondragon! Everything is rusted together in the wheel hub. I was ran off the freeway and slammed into a wire guard rail after bouncing off a drainage ditch. So then the car sat for five years while slowly being pieced back together haha Just now getting around to new calipers, rotors, pads, and lines.

I know that feels. I had one of the front axles rust welded to the hub and I couldn't remove the hub without removing the axle. I eventually had to cut the axle cup with a grinder. Once I got the hub separated from the knuckle, I had the setup on two blocks of wood and I went to town with it with a 5lb sledgehammer. Felt good afterwards.

Haha Sounds like a good plan. It seems that no one has oem axles for sale... and I'm not feeling the 800 bucks for race parts.

Before you buy them, call them up first and verify if they have them in stock. If they do, and it's not being dropshipped from Graveyard, then consider purchasing them.

*edit*
Also if you can salvage the axle and inner CV cup, give Raxles a call. I don't know if they are still rebuilding them but it's worth a shot. You should be able to salvage them if you carefully cut the outer axle cup with a grinder.

Looks like roughly $400 for both knuckles. Shit man. Is there a compatibility chart somewhere? Are these found on anything else? I have a hard time dropping $400 for rear knuckles with an extra couple mm of clearance or whatever it is. Cant find them on ebay or rockauto. Ive only googled the MR part number.

Not sure if you're still looking for parts, but Miller Imports (millerimportparts.com) usually has a good selection of stuff. I was able to get the rear axles from him about a month back. He may have the knuckles too, though I'm not sure if they'd be the 2gb ones.

i got my rear axle from dsm graveyard. it was 260 shipped i belive. im not shure if i would recomend them anymore though with all the negative feedback i here about them anymore. and i got my knuckle from a place called saxonburgh autowreckers. Saxonburg Boulevard Auto Parts not shure if they have them anymore but its worth a try.

Whoops. Don't know how I missed your post. If you're still wondering I believe all 2gb knuckles are the same, FWD and AWD. Just have to change the hubs out. I think Sebrings and Avengers also use them. Maybe the 3g's as well since they use upper and lower control arms that fit on 2g's. Check it before you commit.

Check with JNZTuning, I think they are available as a "recall kit" I'm fairly sure that I control arms or something and they came with the knuckles. In fact I think I even still have the in-needed knuckles in the attic. I don't remember if they are front or rear c

The front knuckles and control arms are only sold as a recall kit, the rears are individual parts only and are not cheap.
