Ok. I'm going to be drag racing my FWD ALOT. But like all FWD's I have almost no traction if I floor it in 1st. No matter the pavement or conditions. And my car is realativly stock w/ new tires. I plan on upgrading and I want to run a solid 250-300 horsepower car. But what's the point of all that power with no traction at a 1/4 track? So this brings me to my Title.

I plan on doing the following in terms of drivetrain for my car. .

Polyurathane motor mounts
AWD equal length half shafts
LSD intsert(maybe SlowBoyRacing)
Spec Stage 1 clutch
Symborski shifter kit
Cut stock shifter(or Fidanza short throw if reviews are good)

I know this won't be a cheap set-up. But it's not going to be ALOT of money. And I plan on doing this before I upgrade into a small 16g or Evo 16g turbo. Just to be sure I have the traction I need to cut good 60' times.

So yeah. I'm done. Please leave comments. Or ideas.

I think you pretty much have it other than suspension that you need to put on that list. Sounds like you have done your research but follow those things and you should do great. I have a big 16 and spin in 3rd a little I have all the things you listed except for the lsd. I also have nitto 555rs drag radials w/ traction issues. Just take your time and dont get frustrated and you can get some great times w/ slicks at the track. :thumb:

If the A/C bracket is still on your car you don't need a spacer. If your A/C bracket is not bolted on your car then you only need one spacer or a nut that is about 5mm thick.
