Lol... No, you have to take the wheels off. Its been awhile but i think you can pop the lower control arm and tie rod end and that will give you ample room to pull the shaft out.
 
So you're pulling the motor but you don't want to take off your wheels?

Technically, if you jack the car up high enough, and take off the center caps, you might be able to remove the axle nut if theres no pin holding it in, and rotate the whole thing out the way... but I mean at that point, whos really concerned with taking off 10 lug nuts?!?

Not concerned with taking any of it off, I was just was wondering, I've pulled the motor out of 4 other Dsms multiple times , I'm no stranger to removing the 4g63.
