I am looking to purchase an Autopower product and I am just looking for any type of feedback.(This is not a track car it is more show car than anything so I am looking for details like fitment and weld quality)
Thanks!

I personally don't have one yet but I am going to be purchasing the 4 point roll bar from AutoPower. I have seen one before installed on a 2g and it looked awesome. Bolts right in without any fitment issues at all. The welds also looked good. So you will be getting your moneys worth.

I've had a Autopower cage in one of my cars, the fit and finish was really good. Only complaint was that it's heavy.

My brother has one. Installed easy and fit well. Paint was ok, overall it was nice.

Got one in my car too. But yes its heavy, but my only real complaint is it mounts in the rear speaker holes. So you can not use your rear speakers and the area it mounts too in the back is just the wheel well so I think its week in that area. Good looking piece though. Forget reclining your seats too.

Do you happen to have any photo's? I would like to see what it looks like mounted in the car.

Did you guys who have installed one notice any improvement in chassis rigidity? Or is it mainly just for roll over protection and show?

I have the 6 point, but only have the 4 point put in at the moment. Fitment was good, and a very good base to add more bars to later if you decide to go racing. good price. You wait a little while for it. comes on a pallet off a truck. car deff. feels more stiff to me.

Don't expect an improvement with chassis stiffness, especially if you get the 4 point. There just isn't enough triangulation in the right directions to do much good.

There is also some concern with mounting a roll bar only to the floorpan. A worst-case failure looks like this: VWvortex Forums: Fake Roll Cage Failure

I installed a 6-point Autopower in a friends AE86 and welded in mounting pads to spread the load out more. Even so, after installation you could jack a corner of the car and see the cage shift relative to the car body. It will keep him safer, but didn't help the chassis much.
