My friend just bought a car and parked it in my driveway since he works so much. Guess WHO's job it is to maintain it?? Yeah,,,, anyway I went to replace the injectors and computer witha 5spd. Got to the injectors and after I was able to clean then from the oil spoil (guy b4 him had) they were BLUE!!!! So I went ahead and changed the injectors anyway ### mine were new.
. So... I turn the car back on and it starts runs good. Turn it off and back on again and there is a miss. It stumbles about every 15 seconds... Confussed about the the whole ecu thing (### the boy said it was all stock) I put the old ecu back in and the miss goes away (slightly). I can still hear it. I just replaced all the vaccum hoses and got rid eof the emissions and everything else. I have these vaccum lines. (manifold to BOOST GAUGE, manifold to FPR, manfiold to PCV, Valve cover to INTAKE pipe, Manifold to Brake (with check valve, stock hose). I even replaced COIL with my new one. His works fine. Changed plugs and wires as well. Still there. ANY IDEAS? about ECU or MISS FIRE....?????????????
