Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum so please correct me is I do anything wrong.
I bought a 2g 1995 talon a couple of weeks ago and I got it for cheap cus the engine was blown. Anyways I got an engine from Japan and swapped it in. The car starts but when we first started it the car would not go into any gears, i'd be as if it was in neutral. So we put it on the tow truck and I bring it to my dads garage. We check the fluid level and the it seemed low. So we topped it up (keep in ming that the filter was not changed and the remaining trans fluid was not extracted). Now the car goes into first, second, Drive, neutral and park but it will not go into reverse. I was wondering what the problem could be. Also the guy that had the car before me had the transmission modified somehow but im not sure how i think he might've made the gear ratios shorter but i'm not sure.
