When my car is cold and I accelerate into second gear the car kind of shudders and when I let go of the gas and accelerate it shudders but when I accelerate regular not slowly and when the car is warm I have no problems.

Maybe busted mount?
Put your eyeball on that tranny and try to narrow it down some.

You could have anything from a ballooned torque convertor to a bent shaft, To bolts backing out of the TC or flexplate/Flywheel? (I always get them confused WTF)

Is this "shudder" at any speed, rpm? Or at a specific speed and or rpm?

Check your mounts, They can make your engine / tranny do weird things.
