Well this is my first post, I'm new to the auto DSM stuff and just picked up a 91 talon auto awd. The trans has a shift kit, and a flashed tcu I believe. It also has the "blue wire" mod.
Well, upon starting up and going for a drive it will shift into 1st and then hesitate going into 2nd...then go from 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd then just quick go into 3rd and won't go back into 1st when coming to a stop, even manually shifting it down into 1st it will only downshift to 2nd and start out in 2nd. Won't go into Over Drive either, whether I push the OD button or not.
Then today it will go into 1,2,D but won't go anywhere. It like nudges forward and that's it. Reverse works though.
The car is not stock, it has an HX35, 950cc injectors, DSMlink v3, A2W intercooler setup, and is running on wastegate pressure right now(24psi). Not sure if the mods would help with diagnosis or not, maybe the power has something to do with it even though I know these transmissions are pretty stout in stock form.
