Auto Trans and Starter Bolts

This may sound like a stupid question, but I would just like to be sure. I am about to put my motor in. Dont have any of the trans bolts or the two starter bolts. Are these bolts any kind of special bolts? Do they have a certain sleeve or shoulder on them?

The reason I ask is well A: I need all new bolts and B: My old Mitsu Starion had special shoulder bolts for the starter to make it line up perfectly.

Where is a good place to get these bolts? any ole hardware or autoparts store? Also, what thread?

You can get them at the hardware. Just get the 8.8 metric bolts. The starter will be a 10x1.25 . You will have to measure for length. The starter is aligned by the starter plate.
