auto to 5spd swap 2 wires left?

I done a auto to 5spd swap and on the clutch pedal I have 2 wires hangin loose.

Can anyone tel me if I have to hook that up or can I leave it hanging?

a pic may be helpfull.
Its prob either the Cruise cutout switch or starter switch
(were you need to push the clutch in to start the car)

What color are they?
