auto shifting into drive real rough

ok so heres another problem i got. when i put into Reverse or Drive from park, it bucks really hard i dont get why this is happening? anyone can help me. cmon transdude your the man.

Have you changed your fluid lately? Check to see if your fluid level is correct

could be a motor mount.if not you could try with a tranmission tune up,sometimes that fixes minor tranny problems, but then again sometimes it finishes $%^&ing everything up.

yea, my talon does that too. its been like that ever since i got my car and last summer my O/D went out. its ur tranny going out.
