I have little to no problem gettin into the gears, except for when the engine is revving high. For example when driving around town, i have no problems gettin it into gear, however when racing the car, there is a TOn of resistance going into second and third, but only if the engine is revving high, Any thoughts?

Synchros are getting older and worn out. It will be hard to get into gears at high RPM then it will start to grind when you are just driving normal as they get real bad. You may want to put money away to save up for a rebuild.
