auto meter all the same?

i have done some searching and can not fint the awnser anywhere.
are all the autometer gauges the same? what i mean is i have the procomp's now and i would like to replace them with somthing else.
can i still use my same electric oil press. sending unit and all the wiring for my water temp gauge. and boost?
or are other auto meter gauges set up differantly.
also what about other brand gauges such as if i switched to a megan racing or greddy gauge set up.(which would probably not happen due to the price)
any info would be appriciated,

My guess is no after looking at the Pro-Comp installation instructions (the back of the water temp. gauge in there didn't look like my Cobalt).

Easiest way to figure it out would be to call up Autometer and they should be able to tell you.
