1G Auto GSX to Standard GSX?

I have a standard gsx parts car so I have all the needed parts. The title is gone, and can't be gotten on the car...so I am taking my friends auto gsx and going to convert it to standard. Do you think I can just use this guide and just change everything of course adding the T-case, drivesahft and different axles because of awd?

The only new things i would buy are flywheel bolts.

need the manual rear end too. but that should be all that there is to do. i will be doing this next winter
