audiobah subs?

i would put my old digital designs back in my car before i touched anything audiobahn makes. i wouldn't use it, nor would i recommend it to anyone else. there is a reason the baskets are all chrome and shiny and decorated with flames... hey, they have to give people SOME reason to buy them. they're pretty. and they are a pretty paperweight, not a whole lot more. they can get loud, but that doesn't mean they're clean. maybe i'm just picky? but they will blow if you feed them the power they are actually rated at. 1100rms, ha. throw a jl 1000/1 on one of those and tell me how well it holds up but hey, what do i know. i've only pulled out a few dozen systems with audiobahn and replaced it with good stuff

ok guys im thinking about buying 2 of these subs AW1206T
(http://www.cardomain.com/item/ABNAW1206T) . i saw alot of people said the low end audiobahn was not good. so i just wanted to know what u guys think about these?..should i buy them? do they hit hard?....ty

Hell yes, those are nice. Low end Audiobahn sucks, but the high end stuff is really nice. Just make sure you give them enough power. Dont use a weak and generic amp. I only ever run Rockford Fosgate amps, but there are other good ones too. Here's a pic of my set-up. I'm only using one 10" sub inverted and a 5-chanell rockford amp. It's an excellent set-up.
