1g 1991 GS to GST convert.
Ran good, spun bearing. I swapped blocks, but kept the same head. I didn't even disassemble the head, just a direct swap.
Car has no power, MAF plugged in the car won't even go SERIOUSLY like no power at all.
I unplug the MAF car can go, but as soon as I hit that throttle, and it sees like 2-3 psi, the car just falls on its face.
Idle goes from 800-1200 usually, after doing ignition timing, it stays around 7-800 but runs a little iffy.
Also now my turbo wines when it starts making boost
, no shaft play, or oil or coolant leaks, just noise... IDK, could be a small leak.. I hope.
ANYWAYS
I have done the following.
Swapped ECU's, Swapped MAF, I just reset ignition timing, both mechanical and ignition timing are spot on., Replaced fuel filter, Did a EGR delete. Capped off the throttle body outlets, except the one that goes to something by the fuel pressure regulator. Swapped batterys. swapped coil packs and even the transister. New spark plugs, they keep coming out black.. .go figure.
I usually tested all the components to, all of them are coming good.
I TELL YOU GUYS I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING. NOTHINGS WORKING
.
VERY UPSET ANY IDEAS....
The only thing I can even somewhat think would do this, is TPS sensor, 02 sensor, and I can't think of anything else...Fuel pump???
