at idle my tsi boggs from 900 to about 700 help

when sitting at idle my car will bogg and fluctuate between 900rpm and 600rpm i dont know if i should adjust throttle or have checked for a vacum leak any ideas on what it could be i have a 95 tsi

mine idles at about 700 normally and its 900 during the first 15 minutes of start up

This is actually what im cruising the board for answers too... imagin this sound if you can hahaha goes hmmmmmm.. dadadada hmmmmm dadada the only answers i have come up with would be that the iac is all jacked up and not sitting right. therefore its just moving back and forth trying to find the right spot to sit but still not for sure could also be a vacum leak what does your boost gage sit at when it idles steady for a sec if it does at all? BTW if anyone else knows anything about the problem i would like to know plz email me
